How It Runs

Four things that hold, build after build

None of this is a new deliverable. It is how the deliverables above get built.

A change is an edit, not a rebuild. How a line forecasts is a setting rather than code, so a new assumption is a change we make and rerun, and the next month is the same one command over the same intake.
The numbers are checked by something that did not write them. A separate gate recomputes the headline figures from your source data and compares them against both the deck and the workbook, a disagreement fails the build, and no language model sits anywhere in the engine today.
One intake, read once, behind the whole monthly package. The variance work, the rolling forecast and the scenarios all come off the same intake in the same build, so none of it has to be reconciled back to the rest afterward.
The package names which lines moved the month, and says what it could not test. Each one is named with the amount, the rule that fired and the evidence behind it, and where a rule could not run on the data provided the package says which rule and why, so an empty section never reads as a clean bill.
